Maria Robertson
Managing Director
Maria Robertson, hails from across the pond and moved to Central Florida in 1999 with her 3 daughters to settle down after traveling all over Europe and parts of the US as a military spouse; she started her career in Florida in Real Estate then moved to Modular Construction before turning to Title Insurance working under none other than the great Chris Dugan, first as a processor then a Closer and obtained her Florida insurance Title license in 2018.
Maria started her Title career working in a Law Firm followed by a new home builder before moving to a “regular” Title Company; she joined the Primera team in September of 2020.
Maria is known for her team spirit and “all for one and one for all” attitude, she, along with the whole Primera Title team believe that Communication and Customer Service are key factors in everything we do here at Primera Title, and we all subscribe to the same work ethic that Chris has always demonstrated , she is thrilled to become the Managing Director of Primera Title, LLC.
Maria spends her free time socializing with her family, jogging, cycling, hiking, watching football (soccer) and coaching special needs baseball with the Babe Ruth Bambino Buddy Ball League in Altamonte Springs.
Shaunna Dugan
Escrow Officer
Shaunna Dugan graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine with a degree in Psychology in 2000. With more than 19 years in the real estate industry (from originating and processing mortgages to handling closings for home equity lines of credit, second mortgages, refinances and purchases), Shaunna has gained the experience needed to guide customers through the mortgage closing process.
Shaunna is a well-rounded Escrow Officer that displays empathy and knowledge. She looks forward to many more years in the industry assisting customers during what may be the largest and most important purchase they can make… purchasing or refinancing their dream home!
Alicia Verzi
Processor/Closer
Alicia moved from Texas with her husband and children 9 years ago. Two years ago, Alicia started working for a law firm and title company in the Winter Park area as a receptionist. There she learned how to process orders for the title company and assist with residential and commercial closings. She found this work to be very interesting and now works for Primera Title as a Processor. Her goal is to learn everything about the business and become a closer. Alicia speaks English and Spanish.
Stacey Foster
Processor
Stacey moved here from Alabama in 1991 and started working at Heathrow Country Club for 12 years in hospitality which she really enjoyed meeting and taking care of all the country club members. In 2013 she wanted a change and was hired as a receptionist at First Florida Title & Trust and worked her way up to Post-Closer. Stacey really enjoyed the change and challenge of the title world.
In 2014 she started working at Public Title Services, LLC as a processor. There she learned so much about real estate and how the system works. Now she works for Primera Title and eventually will become an Escrow Closer. Stacey can say that she loves processing and meeting people and always has a smile on her face!
Chris Dugan
Consultant
Chris Dugan moved from Kentucky 34 years ago and started working part time at a title company as a policy typist. She rose through the ranks to become a licensed closing agent. Chris has worked every aspect of the business from receptionist to senior closing officer. She obtained her Florida Insurance License in 2003 and then opened her own title company. Due to the down turn in the economy, she merged her title company with Gary Miller’s law firm.
Chris and her daughter, Shaunna Dugan, have worked together handling residential closings throughout the state of Florida. Chris is committed to providing customers with the highest level of customer service and industry knowledge. She has a philosophy that each closing is unique and she gives customers the professional service that they truly deserve.
Chris is well recognized for her service to clients in making the process as smooth as possible. Her “can do” attitude is what brings customers back to her, over and over again.
